My mother died on November 16 and we had her funeral on November 20. Rob Perry handled the arrangements for her funeral.

The purpose of this letter is to let you know that he was a pleasure to deal with. He didn?t pressure us about anything. It?s such an awful time ? when a beloved parent has passed on ? it really makes a difference when you can have someone take you through the process smoothly and with empathy.
